▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Multi-structure carbon phase reinforced aluminum matrix composite material has density of 1.8-2.5 g/cm3, and tensile strength of 500-600 MPa, comprises 0.5-2.5% graphene oxide, 0.5-2.5% carbon nanotubes, 30-85% aluminum alloy powder and 5-30% chopped fibers and obtained by uniformly mixing graphene oxide, carbon nanotube and aluminum alloy powder, and chopped fiber, cold-pressing, hot-pressing and sintering in a mold to obtain a blank, and mechanical processing. USE - Used as multi-structure carbon phase reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material avoids the problems e.g. segregation and agglomeration of chopped fiber filaments that are easy to occur in the existing stirring casting method, greatly improves the grinding efficiency, and avoids the amorphization of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes caused by ball milling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multi-structure carbon phase reinforced aluminum matrix composite material.
