▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-wire-based transparent electrode comprises a board, a first electrode layer formed by coating a silver nanowire solution on one surface of the substrate, and a second electrode layer formed by coating a dispersion solution on the first electrode layer, where the dispersion solution is a graphene oxide solution combined with silver nanoparticles. USE - Used as nano-wire-based transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The silver nanowire-based transparent electrode: reduces sheet resistance while minimizing reduction in light transmittance compared to conventional transparent electrodes; can be improved in flexibility with respect to external pressure, e.g. bending or bending. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-wire-based transparent electrode comprising preparing a dispersion solution of graphene oxide in which silver nanoparticles are bound, forming a first electrode layer by coating a silver nanowire solution on the substrate and heat-treating, coating the dispersion solution on the first electrode layer and heat-treating to form a second electrode layer, and final heat-treating the substrate on which the transparent electrode formed of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer is formed.
