NOVELTY - Manufacture of lithium-iron phosphate anode electrode involves soaking aluminum foil current collector in a lithium chloride solution, washing with clean water, drying, ultrasonically-dispersing graphene in pure water to obtain graphene suspension, adding graphene suspension in liquid polyvinyl alcohol, heating, stirring, coating the graphene suspension on aluminum foil, heating lithium-iron phosphate, mixing the dried lithium-iron phosphate, electroconductive agent, binder and solvent to form slurry, applying the slurry on aluminum foil current collector, pressing and slicing. USE - Manufacture of lithium-iron phosphate anode electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and economical manufacture of lithium-iron phosphate anode electrode with excellent low-temperature property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of lithium-iron phosphate anode electrode involves soaking aluminum foil current collector in a lithium chloride solution for 30-60 minutes, washing with clean water, drying, ultrasonically-dispersing graphene in pure water to obtain 0.3-1.5 g/l graphene suspension, adding graphene suspension in liquid polyvinyl alcohol, heating to 80 degrees C, stirring for 3 hours, coating the graphene suspension on preprocessed aluminum foil, vacuum-drying at 90-100 degrees C, heating lithium-iron phosphate, vacuum-drying at 180-200 degrees C, mixing the dried lithium-iron phosphate, electroconductive agent, binder and solvent to form slurry, applying the slurry on graphene-coated aluminum foil current collector, vacuum-drying, pressing and slicing.
