▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing bio-nano compounds based thermoplastic starch with graphene oxide in molten state involves dispersing exfoliate graphite oxide in an aqueous solution in ratio less than or equal to 5% with respect to water by applying ultrasound waves to obtain suspension of exfoliated graphene oxide, where paste comprises granular starch and plasticizing agent is in the ratio of 80:20-50:50 granular starch/plasticizing agent, treated at 25-30 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing bio-nano compounds based thermoplastic starch with graphene oxide in molten state (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare bio-nano compounds based thermoplastic starch with graphene oxide in molten state which has ensures exfoliation of oxide of graphite (OG) in the ATP by pre-dispersion and exfoliation in water with help of ultrasound, high deformation to breaking, and has higher mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bio-nano compounds based thermoplastic starch with graphene oxide in molten state involves dispersing exfoliate graphite oxide in an aqueous solution in ratio less than or equal to 5% with respect to water by applying ultrasound waves to obtain suspension of exfoliated graphene oxide, where paste comprises granular starch and plasticizing agent is in the ratio of 80:20-50:50 granular starch/plasticizing agent, treated at 25-30 degrees C, mechanically mixed graphene oxide suspension obtainand another paste, keep at rest for at least 8 hours to obtain premix, thermoplasticize premix obtained in the lid is introduced in mixing chamber at 70-150 degrees C at speed of 40-200 revolutions per minute mixed for 10-30 minutes to obtain final product.
