NOVELTY - Biological molecule detection device manufactured by a roll-to-roll process, comprises an upper substrate and a lower substrate, a graphene thin film arranged on the lower end of the upper substrate or the upper end of the lower substrate, and at least one reaction space for detecting biological molecules in the sample being positioned in the space between the graphene thin film and the substrate, where the reaction space is metal plasmonic well made of gold or silver, and the device is based on metal-graphene-based surface plasmon resonance. USE - The biological molecule detection device is useful in molecular diagnostic device for detecting biological molecule chosen from nucleic acids, proteins, peptides and polypeptides (all claimed). The nucleic acids are chosen from DNA, RNA and protein, quickly and strengthens fluorescence signal. ADVANTAGE - The device is more enhanced when graphene, such that nucleic acid amplification can be performed more sensitively.
