▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of cellulose acetate/functionalized graphene mixed matrix hollow fiber osmosis membrane includes adding functionalized graphene to N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide and 1,4-dioxane mixed solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain functionalized graphene dispersion; adding into dissolving tank, mixing with additive and cellulose acetate, standing to obtain casting solution, standing, removing bubbles, and pumping into inner annular nozzle of tank; and injecting nozzle into coagulation bath containing deionized water, and solidifying. USE - Method for preparation of cellulose acetate/functionalized graphene mixed matrix hollow fiber osmosis membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has water capacity of 18.3 L/m2.hour, reverse salt flux of less than 3.3 g/m2.hour and contact angle of 57.5 degrees when using 1 M sodium chloride as driving liquid and deionized water as raw material liquid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of cellulose acetate/functionalized graphene mixed matrix hollow fiber osmosis membrane comprises: (A) adding 0.05-3 wt.% functionalized graphene to N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide and 1,4-dioxane mixed solvent at volume ratio of 1:0.2-10, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain functionalized graphene dispersion; (B) adding 2-20 wt.% additive into dissolving tank, mixing with 10-35 wt.% cellulose acetate for 15-60 minutes, and standing at 20-80 degrees C to obtain casting solution; (C) standing for 8-24 hours, removing bubbles, and pumping into inner annular nozzle of tank at pressure of 0.05-0.5 MPa through metering pump; and (D) injecting nozzle into coagulation bath containing deionized water, leaving 2-20 cm air gap to carry out solidification at 20-60 degrees C to obtain spun fiber, extruding to obtain hollow fiber, winding, washing with deionized water for 48 hours, washing with water for 8-12 hours, and washing with deionized water. The additive is organic/inorganic composite additives, such as polyethylene glycol/lithium chloride composite additive or polyvinyl pyrrolidone/lithium chloride composite additive at volume ratio of 7:1.
