▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Comprehensively treating graphene oxide waste acid comprises (i) filtering and removing impurities in graphene oxide waste acid, (ii) adding magnesium oxide to the waste acid for neutralization reaction, (iii) mixing the reaction solution with potassium manganese oxide for precipitation reaction, separating the solid and the liquid to obtain a MnO2 precipitate and a filtrate, (iv) adding the filtrates obtained in the step (iii), fully reacting the sulfuric acid, (v) circulating and concentrating the mixture, crystallizing and separating until the molar mass ratio of magnesium sulfate and potassium ion in the separated liquid is 1:1, separating the obtained solid as magnesium sulfate, and continuously evaporating the separating solution to dryness to obtain potassium sulfate and magnesium sulfate mixture, (vi) melting the mixture of potassium sulfate and magnesium sulfate at 800-1200degrees Celsius, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for comprehensive treating graphene oxide waste acid belonging to the field of waste water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need adding additional alkaline substance, but adopts the way of adding magnesium oxide in two steps, the first batch adds magnesium oxide to adjust the waste acid to proper pH value, then adding potassium permanganate to convert the manganese ion in the solution into manmanese dioxide and filtering and separating. The method not only ensures the purity of the obtained magnesium sulfate, but also realizes the graphene waste acid full element resource, no waste discharge.
