▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nylon reinforced composite material, comprises e.g. (i) placing nylon resin in oven and drying, (ii) adding surfactant and coupling agent into graphene slurry, dispersing surfactant and coupling agent on surface of graphene, and vacuum drying, (iii) adding nylon, graphene and heat stabilizer into high speed mixer, mixing, then carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain graphene/nylon master batch, and (iv) adding nylon, master batch and heat stabilizer into high-speed mixer, mixing, carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain graphene/nylon reinforced composite material. USE - The composite material is useful in preparing automobile, core disc/abrasion disc, abrasion plates of railway wagons which carry weight and relative movement parts. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high strength, excellent low temperature toughness, high wear resistant performance and comprehensive performance; reduce damage rate of components, prolong service life and improves automobile body operational safety of automobile and railway wagons; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/nylon reinforced composite material, comprises (i) placing nylon resin in an oven and drying at 80-110 degrees C for 4-6 hours, (ii) adding surfactant and coupling agent into a graphene slurry, dispersing surfactant and coupling agent on surface of graphene in ultrasonic device and high-speed shear emulsifying machine, where the ultrasonic power is 100-8000 tungsten, the ultrasonic time is 10 minutes to 12 hours, the shear speed is 2000-12000 revolutions/minute, and the shearing time is 1-2 hours, then vacuum drying to constant weight at 80-100 degrees C, where the graphene solid content in graphene slurry is 1-10 wt.%, the adding amount of the surfactant is 0.1-1% the amount of graphene solid content, the adding amount of coupling agent is 0.5-2% the amount of graphene solid content, (iii) adding 79.5-98.9 wt.% nylon, 1-20 wt.% graphene and 0.1-0.5 wt.% heat stabilizer into a high speed mixer, mixing uniformly at rotating speed of 500- 7000 revolutions/minute, adding into twin screw extruder, then carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain graphene/nylon master batch, and (iv) adding 39.5-98.9 wt.% nylon, 1-60 wt.% master batch and 0.1-0.5 wt.% heat stabilizer into high-speed mixer, mixing uniformly under high speed stirring condition, adding into twin-screw extruder, carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain graphene/nylon reinforced composite material, where the screw temperature is controlled at 180-310 degrees C, the screw rotating speed is 100-500 revolutions/minute, cooling extruded material, then granulating, and drying in an oven at 90 degrees C for 4-6 hours.
