DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/ferriporphyrin/gold nanoparticle composite material involves mixing 5 ml graphene oxide aqueous solution having concentration of 1 mg/ml and 5 ml ferriporphyrin suspension having concentration of 1.5 mg/mL ultrasonically at room temperature for 20 minutes, adding 40 mu L 0.025 mol/L chloroauric acid, ultrasonically mixing for 10 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide, adjusting pH to 10, carrying out magnetic stirring at 90 degrees C for 3 hours, centrifuging at 12000 rpm, washing residue with tetrahydrofuran and deionized water, adjusting pH of supernatant to 7, and performing color discrimination and instrumental analysis for analyzing reaction product.
