▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Inorganic high-temperature resistant graphene conductive coating comprises 20 pts. wt. potassium silicate, 20 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.15-0.3 pts. wt. accelerator, 10 pts. wt. filler and 50 pts. wt. purified water. USE - The coating is useful for indoor and outdoor walls and floors of buildings. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is necessary to protect, dredge and shield the static electricity and electromagnetic interference generated in the surrounding environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating comprising (i) adding potassium silicate, sodium silicate, graphene, dispersant and accelerator into a TM010 series high-speed disperser, adding clean and purified water (avoid acid), and processing at room temperature, (ii) dispersing at a medium speed of 500 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, and dispersing at a high speed of 3000 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, and (iii) open the material valve after the mixing is completed, placing the prepared material into a container ready to leave the factory, weighing, covering and twisting tightly, adhering the factory standard and warehousing.
