▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing polymeric nanohybrid masterbatch with graphene by in-situ polymerization involves using bis(2-hydroxyethy terephthalate) monomer and ultrasonic waves at a temperature of 200 degrees C to obtain the hybrid polymer nanocomposite of polyethyleneterephthalate and graphene. USE - Method for synthesizing polymeric nanohybrid masterbatch with graphene by in-situ polymerization (claimed) used in polymer transformation industry, automotive, electronics, biomedical, chemical and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to synthesize polymeric nanohybrid masterbatch with graphene by in-situ polymerization, which promotes energy saving, as temperature is lower than polymerization of polyethyleneterephthalate nanocomposites from 260 to 290 degrees C, is a solvent-free process and is environmentally friendly.
