NOVELTY - A graphene anticorrosive paint comprises component A comprising 20-30 wt.% epoxy resin, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant, 15-25 wt.% talc, 10-20 wt.% zinc powder and 1-5 wt.% aluminum paste, and component B comprising 30-50 wt.% cashew nut shell oil phenolic amide and 10-30 wt.% polyamide. USE - Graphene anticorrosive paint used for steel and iron material ocean engineering for anticorrosive paint primer. ADVANTAGE - The paint is safe and environment-friendly, has moderate cost, simple technique, stable storage, excellent adhesion on substrate including steel and iron and mechanical properties including flexibility and wear-resisting property, and exhibits excellent high-low temperature resistance and salinity protection performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene anticorrosive paint comprising adding zinc powder and aluminum paste with mixed solvent, uniformly mixing to material A, adding epoxy resin, dispersant, defoaming agent, graphene, delusterant and mixed solvent into high-shear mixing emulsification machine, controlling temperature at 20-30 degrees C at rotating speed of 1500-2500 revolutions/minute (rpm), cutting for 10-20 minutes, putting into sand mill, grinding to fineness of not greater than 60 mu m, putting material A, adding anti-settling agent, controlling rotating speed at 1500-2500 rpm, shearing for 10-20 minutes to obtain component A, and shearing cashew nut shell oil phenolic amide, polyamide and mixed solvent at 20-30 degrees C for 5-10 minutes at speed of 1500-2500 rpm to obtain component B.
