▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adopting an electric field-assisted assembly method to deposit active materials on the surface of the fiber electrode to prepare a fiber electrode with resistive switching characteristics. The active material is one of cesium lead bromine quantum dots, titanium dioxide or a charged particle dispersion solution of zinc oxide. The concentration of the dispersion solution is 0.5-2 mg/mL. The fiber electrodes described in are metal fibers, selected from platinum, gold, copper, aluminum or iron. The conductive polymer fibers, selected from polyacetylene, polyaniline, polypyrrole or polythiophene. The composite conductive fibers, selected from carbon black, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers or graphene. USE - Method for preparing fiber electrode with resistive switching characteristics (claimed) of fabric resistance device used in health management, human-computer interaction and internet of things. ADVANTAGE - The performance reproducibility between working cells is good, average turn-on voltage is low, the distribution range is narrow, the large-scale fabrication and practical applications is needed.
