NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/silk microfiber capacitor electrode involves preparing silk microfiber suspension, mixing the silk microfiber suspension with a graphene oxide solution based on a preset solute mass ratio, freeze-drying to obtain a graphene oxide/silk microfiber porous support, immersing the graphene oxide/silk microfiber porous support in a crosslinking agent solution, reacting for a preset time, drying, and carbonizing obtained modified graphene oxide/silk microfiber porous support. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/silk microfiber electrode (claimed) used for preparing three-dimensional supercapacitor for energy storage and electrochemical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide/silk micro-fiber capacitor electrode with high conductivity, high-strength porous at last high temperature carbonizing to obtain the electrode material with good self-supporting performance. The graphene oxide layer is wrapped on the silk microfiber surface used as the protective layer, the reinforced bracket structure is formed with the graphene oxide three-dimensional network structure, the material can keep stable shape when carbonizing at high temperature, so as to improve the mechanical performance of the carbonized material, and it has certain compressibility and flexibility.
