NOVELTY - The graphene sensor composite heat protection structure comprises a substrate layer (2), a graphene sensitive layer (1), a nitride isolation layer (3), an alumina protective layer (5) and a high-temperature ceramic protective coating (7). The substrate layer is provided with a graphene sensitive layer. The graphene sensitive layer is provided with a nitride isolation layer. The nitride isolation layer is provided with an alumina protective layer. The alumina protective layer is provided with a high temperature ceramic protective coating USE - Graphene sensor composite heat protection structure for use in aerospace engine such as main hot end component of aerospace engine, air inlet, nozzle, combustion chamber and tail nozzle. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sensor composite heat protection structure has improved stability at high temperature, and ensures effective transmission of the electrical signal.
