NOVELTY - A refractory material graphene powder with spinel is prepared by adding graphite oxide sheet to deionized water to obtain 0.5-10 mg/ml solution, adjusting pH to 5-7, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-120 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring in electromagnetic stirrer, adding magnesium chloride hexahydrate in which mass ratio magnesium chloride hexahydrate:graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 5-20:1, stirring for 10-120 minutes, and adding aluminum chloride hexahydrate in which mass ratio aluminum chloride hexahydrate:magnesium chloride hexahydrate is 0.5-5:1. USE - Preparation of refractory material graphene powder with spinel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Prepared product has improved oxidation resistance, good dispersibility, and good high temperature resistance, and spinel and graphene have excellent combination property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A refractory material graphene powder with spinel is prepared by adding graphite oxide sheet to deionized water to obtain 0.5-10 mg/ml solution, adjusting pH to 5-7, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-120 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring in electromagnetic stirrer, adding magnesium chloride hexahydrate in which mass ratio magnesium chloride hexahydrate:graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 5-20:1, stirring for 10-120 minutes, adding aluminum chloride hexahydrate in which mass ratio aluminum chloride hexahydrate:magnesium chloride hexahydrate is 0.5-5:1, adjusting pH of reaction liquid to 7-10, stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 10-50 minutes to obtain reaction solution, adding 0.0-0.1 mg/ml additive, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-120 minutes, freeze drying or supercritical drying to obtain spinel modified graphene precursor, and performing heat treatment at 300-600 degrees C for 30-120 minutes in the presence of argon gas.
