▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene doped/carbon coated lithium titanate composite cathode material preparing method involves immersing lithium lactate, titanium dioxide and graphene at a mass ratio of 1:1-2:0.1-0.3 in anhydrous ethyl alcohol to form slurry and ball-milling in a ball-milling tank for 6-8 hours to obtain slurry. The slurry is dried at 60-90 degrees C for 12-30 hours to obtain dry mixture, which is sintered in a tubular furnace at constant temperature in inert atmosphere and incubated at 250-350 degrees C for 1-2 hours, at 500-700 degrees C for 1-5 hours and at 800-900 degrees C for 6-20 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped/carbon coated lithium titanate composite cathode material that is utilized in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the cathode material with better electrochemical performance of a battery and better purity in a cost-effective manner.
