NOVELTY - A biological matrix gel material preparing method involves graphene adding graphene solution to a mixture solution of human amniotic-polyethylenimine system and chitosan solution for carrying blending treatment to obtain a chitosan/human amniotic-polyethylenimine/graphene system mixed solution which is the matrix of the bio-matrix gel material. USE - Method for preparing biological matrix gel material for promoting cartilage regeneration and repair (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for measuring gel performance of biological matrix gel material.
