NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-based heat dissipation material containing silver particles involves: (1) dispersing silver particles in deionized water to prepare silver particle dispersion; (2) dispersing graphene powder in deionized water to prepare graphene dispersion; (3) uniformly mixing silver particle dispersion with graphene dispersion; (4) freeze-drying to obtain nano-mixed powder; (5) carrying out heat treatment on nano-mixed powder; and (6) putting nano-mixed powder obtained in step (5) into graphite mold by hot-pressing and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based heat dissipation material containing silver particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene-based heat dissipation material containing silver particles with high thermal conductivity and emissivity and good processing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-based heat dissipation material containing silver particles prepared by the above method.
