NOVELTY - A graphene sheet formed by laminating graphite raw material composition containing layered graphite comprising flaking graphite and surfactant and frame-disassembling layered graphite, is pulverized. The graphite raw material composition is mixed with thermoplastic resin, and flaking graphite is dispersed in thermoplastic resin, to obtain a thermoplastic resin composite material. USE - Manufacture of thermoplastic resin composite material (claimed) used for vehicle interior material and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and easy manufacture of thermoplastic resin composite material having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance, and high tensile elastic modulus.
