▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A wave absorbing device comprises structure cell. The cell comprises graphene sheet, medium film layer and metal reflector from up to down. USE - The wave absorbing device is used for realizing high efficiency absorption of circularly polarized light by graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device can accurately estimate absorption peak position by Fabry-Perot theory, dynamically selects enhanced absorption channel by regulating graphene's Fermi energy level, and obtains high-efficiency absorption channels by integrating graphene squares with different edge lengths in cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of wave absorbing device; (2) estimating position of circularly polarized light absorption peak based on graphene plasma resonance; (3) dynamically selecting graphene absorption channel for circularly polarized light; (4) realization method of graphene channel circularly polarized high-efficiency multi-enhanced absorption; and (5) realization method of graphene to circular polarized light selective absorption.
