NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-nonmetal-metal composite material molded with casting layer, comprises (i) mixing, grinding and shearing graphene quantum dot and/or graphene microchip with nonmetal simple substance/compound-metal simple substance/compound to prepare a composite slurry material or composite powder material, (ii) drying the prepared composite slurry material or the powder material to obtain anhydrous compound powder material, and (iii) quenching and refining the prepared anhydrous compound powder material by laser treatment to promote molecular rearrangement and graft fusion. USE - The graphene-nonmetal-metal composite material molded with casting layer is useful in dental planting, super electric drill, battery, super capacitor energy storage materials, catalyst materials, thermal materials, medical field, coating materials, conductive ink, photoelectric, sensor materials, and biological related fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nonmetal-metal composite material molded with casting layer has high hardness, high strength and low resistivity, and is easy to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-nonmetal- metal composite material molded with casting layer, comprises (i) mixing, grinding and shearing graphene quantum dot and/or graphene microchip with nonmetal simple substance/compound-metal simple substance/compound under ultrasonic action to prepare a composite slurry material or composite powder material, (ii) drying the prepared composite slurry material or the powder material to obtain anhydrous compound powder material, and (iii) quenching and refining the prepared anhydrous compound powder material by laser treatment to promote molecular rearrangement and graft fusion to obtain graphene-nonmetal-metal composite material molded with casting layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-nonmetal- metal composite material molded with casting layer prepared by the above mentioned method.
