▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ultra-flexible substrate film comprises ultra-flexible plastic film layer, protective layer and elastomer support layer, where one side of the ultra-flexible plastic film layer is tightly bonded with the elastomer support layer, and the other side is bonded with the protective film layer, and elastomer support layer includes one layer or multiple layers of super-elastic material. USE - The ultra-flexible substrate film is useful in graphene film carrier (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing ultra-flexible substrate film comprising sticking protective film on the side of ultra-flexible plastic film, and sticking other surface to elastomer support, where sticking method includes (i) coating adhesive on one side of the ultra-flexible plastic film coated with the protective film, laminating, and roll coating to achieve the close combination of both, (ii) carrying out surface treatment of ultra-flexible plastic film covered with a protective film using plasma surface treatment technology or corona surface treatment technology, and then forming firm combination by hot pressing the elastomer support film, (iii) carrying out surface treatment of elastomer supported film using plasma surface treatment technology or corona surface treatment technology, sticking the other side ultra-soft plastic film directly with protective film, and (iv) curing of step (iii) obtained product using liquid elastomer material curing method, and disposing the liquid elastomer material on the surface of the adhesive, and then solidifying to obtain final product; and (2) preparing ultra-flexible graphene film by taking super-flexible plastic film with elastomer support layer as graphene carrier, and forming a thin film structure of graphene/ultra soft plastic film/elastomer support layer.
