NOVELTY - A secondary battery comprises negative electrode (100) containing current collector (101, 151) provided with graphite having graphene layers (103), and positive electrode (150) in which surfaces of graphene layers are provided substantially in parallel to a direction of electric field generated between positive electrode and negative electrode. USE - A secondary battery for electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Battery is highly reliable, and can efficiently occlude and release lithium.
