▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High temperature superconducting filter system, comprises a coaxial pulse tube refrigerator unit comprising a compressor (1), where heat conducting unit (13) is connected between compressor and a soaking plate (12), so as to conduct heat generated by compressor to soaking plate. USE - The filter system is useful for high temperature superconducting filter system. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature superconducting filter system does not need to additionally increase the fan for radiating, improves the stability of the high-temperature superconductor filter system, reduces the electromagnetic interference of the system, and without increasing the large device e.g. cold water machine to provide water source for the system to perform water-cooling heat dissipation, greatly reducing the volume of the filter system and the applicability is good. The heat generated by the compressor is conducted to the soaking plate through the heat conducting unit, so as to reduce the temperature of the compressor to effectively ensure the coaxial pulse tube refrigerator unit in the system.
