NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide-filled anticorrosive epoxy-phenolic hydroxy resin powder coating comprises adding mixture of ethanol/water to the titanium dioxide, shearing and dispersing, adding silane coupling agent hydrolyzate, stirring and reacting, distilling, washing, drying, grinding to obtain modified titanium dioxide, ultrasonically stripping graphene oxide, adding tetrahydrofuran, and performing high-speed dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silane coupling agent and acetic acid, reacting in water bath, adding gallic acid based epoxy resin, uniformly stirring, cooling at room temperature and drying to obtain powdered functionalized graphene oxide, pre-mixing epoxy resin, phenolic hydroxy resin, alkaline accelerator, precipitated barium sulfate, modified titanium dioxide, powdered functionalized graphene oxide and other additives, transferring to a torque rheometer for melt blending, discharging, cooling, crushing, and sieving powder coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene oxide-filled anticorrosive epoxy-phenolic hydroxy resin powder coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide-filled anticorrosive epoxy-phenolic hydroxy resin powder coating comprises adding mixture of ethanol/water to the titanium dioxide, shearing and dispersing under mechanical agitation, adding silane coupling agent hydrolyzate, stirring and reacting, vacuum-distilling, washing with ethanol, placing in oven and drying, grinding to obtain modified titanium dioxide, ultrasonically stripping graphene oxide, adding tetrahydrofuran, and performing high-speed dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silane coupling agent and acetic acid, reacting in water bath, adding gallic acid based epoxy resin, uniformly stirring, cooling at room temperature and drying to obtain powdered functionalized graphene oxide, pre-mixing epoxy resin, phenolic hydroxy resin, alkaline accelerator, precipitated barium sulfate, modified titanium dioxide, powdered functionalized graphene oxide and other additives, transferring to a torque rheometer for melt blending, discharging, cooling at room temperature, crushing with crusher, and sieving powder coating.
