NOVELTY - An aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film comprises an inner polyurethane film layer, an inner low-density polyethylene layer, an aluminum foil substrate layer, an outer low-density polyethylene layer, an outer polyurethane film layer, and an organic adhesive layer mixed with graphene arranged between the inner low-density polyethylene layer, the outer low-density polyethylene layer and the aluminum foil substrate layer. USE - Aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film for packaging foodstuffs and medicine. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film has excellent barrier property and low cost, and utilizes the high water resistance of the polyurethane film layer to further prevent water from entering the food and causing deterioration, and utilizes excellent thermal conductivity of graphene to quickly transfer heat into the phase structure of the adhesive layer, which can provide a gas diffusion channel for the volatilization of ethyl acetate, and solves the problem like peculiar smell of the existing organic adhesive layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film, which involves coating the organic adhesive mixed with graphene on one side of the aluminum foil substrate, passing through a drying lamination machine, setting the temperature at 70-80°C for compounding with the low-density polyethylene layer, coating the organic adhesive mixed with graphene on the other side of the aluminum foil substrate, pass through the dry laminating machine, compounding with another low-density polyethylene layer at 70-80°C, and curing at 40℃ for 24 hours to form polyethylene/aluminum foil/polyethylene, coating polyurethane on the inner and outer low-density polyethylene layers of polyethylene/aluminum foil/polyethylene, and heat-setting at 60℃ for 1 hour.
