NOVELTY - The measuring device has a graphene super-elastic composite material (104) whose top part is provided with a solar panel (101). A top part of the solar panel is provided with a storage battery (102). A top part of the storage battery is provided with a USBinterface (103). A lower part of the storage battery and a bottom part of the solar panel are provided with a monitoring device. A measuring space is provided with a stress gauge, a monitoring device, a deformation pointer and a strain gauge. Two sides of the deformation pointer are connected with the stress gauge and the strain gauge. An upper part of the deformation pointer is connected with the monitoring device. USE - Graphene material characteristic based stress strain measuring device. ADVANTAGE - The measuring device improves convenience, functionality and practicability. The measuring device allows a measuring person to read a corresponding reading in two side tables without inserting electricity, so that the measuring device has wider application environment. The measuring device avoids need for other matching device, and reduces cost.
