USE - The thermal forming environment-friendly vacuum plastic film is used for preparing plastic door panel. ADVANTAGE - The thermal forming environment-friendly vacuum plastic film uses ethylene-based polyvinyl chloride resin powder with a polymerization degree of 800, which has good temperature resistance and suitable processing performance, without adding any plasticizer and soybean oil, and the film produced by calendering has small deformation and low shrinkage rate. The produced plastic film has good plasticization, good flatness, and low shrinkage rate below 1%, which is convenient for subsequent lamination and embossing. The post-lamination embossing uses a three-layer high-temperature laminating machine, which can distinguish the raw material structure more carefully, and controls the temperature more precisely, when laminating, the stretching of the film is smaller, below 2%, the shrinkage rate of the produced plastic film is lower, and the deformation is very slight during vacuum blistering.
