NOVELTY - Graphene solvent-free epoxy resin static conductive floor coating topcoat comprises graphene-containing epoxy resin and alicyclic amine curing agent in a mass ratio of 100:27. The graphene-containing epoxy resin comprises low molecular weight 618 epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent of 184-200, SM660A butyl glycidyl ether with an epoxy equivalent of 140-167, S400 graphene, SN4745 dispersant, SN3781 dispersant, 800 mesh barium sulfate, phthalocyanine green G, 191 permanent yellow and 066N antifoaming agent. The alicyclic amine-containing curing agent comprises YZ906 alicyclic amine curing agent, YH505 alicyclic amine curing agent, 1102 cardanol curing agent and DMP-30 curing accelerator. USE - Used as graphene solvent-free epoxy resin static conductive floor coating topcoat. ADVANTAGE - The topcoat has excellent electrostatic conductivity, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, excellent bonding strength with most substrates, especially with 30c concrete, bonding strength of greater than or equal to 3 MPa, and bonding strength of greater than or equal to 8.3 MPa with sandblasted carbon steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating topcoat, comprising (i) (ia) uniformly mixing the low molecular weight 618 epoxy resin and SM660A butyl glycidyl ether, adding S400 graphene, SN4745 dispersant, SN3781 dispersant, 800 mesh barium sulfate, 191 permanent yellow and phthalocyanine green G, mixing and dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes, grinding for 2-3 times to form a homogeneous viscous liquid, filtering, and packing to obtain the finished product of graphene-containing epoxy resin, (ii) (iia) placing YZ906 alicyclic amine curing agent, YH505 alicyclic amine curing agent, 1102 cardanol curing agent and DMP-30 curing accelerator into the mixing bucket, stirring and mixing them, and then filling them into plastic buckets to obtain finished product of alicyclic amine curing agent, and (iii) adding alicyclic amine curing agent and graphene-containing epoxy resin and stirring to obtain the coating topcoat.
