NOVELTY - The solar cell has a graphene layer arranged between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode. A photo reactive layer is formed at an interface part of a semiconductor layer and the graphene layer. The graphene layer comprises a graphene unit layer. The graphene layer is doped with inorganic material and organic compound. The semiconductor layer is made from one among silicone, organic semiconductor material, gallium arsenide, cadmium and copper with cadmium sulfide. USE - Solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell easily controls the open circuit voltage by controlling occurrence of the graphene unit layer in the graphene layer.
