▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Conductive heating ink comprises 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 15-30 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 40-70 pts. wt. water. USE - The conductive heating ink is used in graphene antibacterial heating fiber chips (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink reaches the effect of effectively sterilizing and cleaning, has the effect of physical therapy and health care, combines the application of the conductive heating ink in the fiber chip with other structures through the layer-by-layer superimposition method, which brings a new direction for light physical therapy and provides support to protect the integrity of the chip. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a graphene antibacterial heating fiber chip, comprising antibacterial layer, insulating layer, graphene heating layer, electrode layer and covering layer laminated from bottom to top in turn; and (2) a method for preparing the fiber chip, comprising (i) mixing the base material and antibacterial agent and baking to obtain the antibacterial layer; (ii) coating resin on one side of the antibacterial layer and baking to obtain the insulating layer; (iii) coating conductive heating ink on the surface of the insulating layer and baking to obtain the graphene heating layer; (iv) printing electrode slurry on the surface of the graphene heating layer and baking to obtain the electrode layer; (v) coating the adhesive material on the surface of the electrode layer and covering the base material and orderly baking and hot pressing to obtain the graphene antibacterial heating fiber chip. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the graphene antibacterial heating fiber chip.
