▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanopore comprises providing graphene suspension on the carrier, placing the carrier in a transmission electron microscope and converging at high energy electron beam bombardment to obtain graphene nanopores of 5-20 nm, and protecting the graphene nanopore by the protective gas under pressure of 1x 10-5 to 1x 10-6 Pa, increasing the sample temperature to 200-1300 degrees C, and maintaining for 10-500 minutes to reduce the nanopore from greater than 5 nm to less than 5 nm. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano graphene nanopore. ADVANTAGE - The method can greatly improve the producing rate and reduces the preparation cost; and reduces the diameter of the pore from greater than 5 nm to less than 5 nm, thus satisfies the high precision DNA sequencing.
