USE - The composite material is useful for photocatalytic degrading of organic pollutant, and antibacterial agents in inhibiting bacteria (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has photocatalytic activity, antibacterial effect; The method has mild preparation conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing copper tin sulfide florets/reduced graphene oxide nano composite material comprises (i) taking graphene oxide dispersing into water and the concentration of graphene oxide solution is 0.5-2 mg/ml the oxidation graphite solution, as solution A, (ii) using cuprous chloride, stannous chloride and chelating agent dissolving into water, forming solution B, in the solution B the concentration of the cuprous chloride is 50-100 mmol/l, the concentration of the stannous chloride is 25-50 mmol/l, the chelating agent is ethylenediaminetetracetic acid (EDTA)-Na2 or polyvinyl pyrrolidone, the ratio of molar amount of chelating agent and metal ions is 1:1-2:1, (iii) under stirring condition adding solution B into the solution A, stirring for 0.5 hours, then adding sulfur source in dropwise manner, After the dropwise addition, continuing of stirring for 0.5-1 hours to obtain a mixed liquid, the volume ratio of solution A and solution B is 2:1-1:2, the sulfur source beta - mercaptoethanol, l- cysteine or thiourea, (iv) using mixture liquid feeding into a stainless steel autoclave in a teflon liner, sealing then placing into oven, carrying out constant temperature reaction at 180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, then the reaction is allowing to cool to room temperature and filtering to obtain precipitate, and (v) followed by washing using distilled water, washing the precipitates in anhydrous ethanol for many times, then isolating the precipitate by centrifuging, and vacuum drying at 60-90 degrees C to obtain copper tin sulfide florets/reduced graphene oxide nano composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the copper tin sulfide florets/reduced graphene oxide nano composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
