▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified prepolymer comprises graphene powder, bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin and bisphenol A in ratio of (0.5-5):(1.4-16):(0.2-3), preferably (2-3):(8-10):(1-2). USE - Graphene modified prepolymer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified prepolymer has excellent performance, and increases the efficiency of grafting in the epoxy resin of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene modified prepolymer, which involves mixing the graphene powder and the first catalyst, performing the first temperature stirring, adding a bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin, and heating the mixture for the second time to obtain first solution; adding bisphenol A to the first solution, stirring at a third temperature to obtain second solution; and distilling the second solution under reduced pressure to remove the first catalyst to obtain graphene-modified prepolymer; (2) a graphene graft modified epoxy resin, which comprises graphene powder, bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin, bisphenol A, first catalyst and second catalyst, graphene in ratio of (0.5-5):(70-80):(20-30):(5-50):(0.05-1); and (3) a method for preparing graphene graft modified epoxy resin, which involves preparing graphene-modified prepolymer, mixing the graphene-modified prepolymer with the remaining bisphenol A-type liquid epoxy resin, and stirring to obtain third solution, adding the remaining bisphenol A to the third solution, and stirring at a temperature to obtain fourth solution, and adding a second catalyst to the fourth solution, introducing a gas, heating and stirring, allowing the fourth solution to react under the action of the second catalyst, and cooling to obtain graphene graft modified epoxy resin.
