▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The thermoacoustic device (70) has a carbon nanotube composite structure comprising a carbon nanotube structure and a matrix located on a surface of the carbon nanotube structure. A sound wave generator (102) is located on a surface of the carbon nanotube composite structure and insulated from the carbon nanotube structure via the matrix. The sound wave generator comprises a graphene layer. A signal input device input signals to the sound wave generator. USE - Thermoacoustic device used for electronic devices. Uses include but are not limited to a telephone, MPEG audio layer 3 player (Mp3), MPEG audio layer-4 (Mp4), TV and computer. ADVANTAGE - Provides a thermoacoustic device having good sound effect and high efficiency. Heat capacity per unit area of carbon nanotube layer is extremely small, thus, temperature of carbon nanotube layer can change rapidly with input electromagnetic wave signals at the same frequency as electromagnetic wave signals. Thermal waves, which are propagated into surrounding medium, are produced, therefore, the surrounding medium, such as ambient air, can be heated at an equal frequency as the input of electromagnetic wave signal to the sound wage generator. Thermoacoustic device is transparent and can be stuck on a screen directly. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic top plan view of the thermoacoustic device.
