NOVELTY - Electrode comprises a first carbon and a second carbon other than the first carbon, where the first carbon comprises graphene, the second carbon is a short carbon fiber having an average length of 10 mu m or less and/or carbon particles having an average diameter of 0.1 mu m or less, and the graphenes are laminated with each other through the second carbon. USE - The electrode is used for a capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high capacity and low resistance even at low temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electrode, which comprises (a) preparing an aqueous dispersion containing graphene oxide as a first carbon raw material and a second carbon, and (b) reducing the graphene oxide in the aqueous dispersion.
