NOVELTY - The method for preparing amino-functionalized graphene oxide involves adding graphene nanoparticles, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid to flask and evenly stirring, then adding potassium permanganate and reacting, heating, then adding deionized water and heating, then adding deionized water, heating, then dripping hydrogen peroxide and stirring, washing the mixture with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water and vacuum drying, adding graphene oxide, diisocyanate and anhydrous polar aprotic solvent to flask and reacting. USE - The method is useful for preparing amino-functionalized graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and safe preparation of amino-functionalized graphene oxide with excellent stability and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing amino-functionalized graphene oxide involves adding 1 g graphene nanoparticles, 0.5 g sodium nitrate and 23 ml, 98% concentrated sulfuric acid to 500 ml flask and evenly stirring, reducing the system temperature in ice bath to 0 degrees C, controlling system temperature at not more than 20 degrees C, then adding 3 g potassium permanganate and reacting for 50 minutes, heating at 35 degrees C for 30 minutes, then adding 46 ml deionized water and heating at 95 degrees C for 15 minutes, then adding 140 ml deionized water, heating at 50 degrees C, then dripping 10 ml, 30% hydrogen peroxide and stirring for 5 minutes, washing the mixture with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, adding 1 g graphene oxide, diisocyanate and 125 ml anhydrous polar aprotic solvent to a flask and ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, then adding 125 ml anhydrous polar aprotic solvent and ultrasonically processing for 0.5 hour, then adding 0.03 mole diisocyanate and stirring, reacting for 12 hours under the protection of nitrogen, pouring the product into 1250 ml dichloromethane, washing the product with 1250 ml dichloromethane, filtering and drying to obtain isocyanate-graphene oxide, adding isocyanate-graphene oxide to 500 ml deionized water and stirring, reacting for 12 hours, filtering and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C.
