NOVELTY - Self-adhesion carbon fiber-steel fiber modified PTFE material comprises 25-35 pts. wt. aviation kerosene, 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. fluorine rubber powder, 1-3 pts. wt. furfural, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 1-3 pts. wt. 3-pentanone, 30-40 pts. wt. ethanol (95%), acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide (DMF), 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylamino pyridine (DMAP) and 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC). USE - Used as self-adhesion carbon fiber-steel fiber modified PTFE material. ADVANTAGE - The self-adhesion carbon fiber-steel fiber modified PTFE material: has high increasing friction property and tensile resistance of PTFE with steel fiber and carbon fiber; comprises silicon dioxide and aluminum powder with improved melting of PTFE at high temperature, thus improving surface combustion state of PTFE and increasing bonding strength; and comprises aviation kerosene, thus promoting permeation and mutual fusion of PTFE material, which enables bonding between PTFE and PTFE without using any adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Self-adhesion carbon fiber-steel fiber modified PTFE material comprises 25-35 pts. wt. aviation kerosene, 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. fluorine rubber powder, 1-3 pts. wt. furfural, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 1-3 pts. wt. 3-pentanone, 30-40 pts. wt. ethanol (95%), acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide (DMF), 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylamino pyridine (DMAP), 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC) and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fiber has an average length of 75-150 mu m. The steel fiber has an average length of 50-150 mu m. The fluorine rubber powder has a granularity of 80-200 meshes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of self-adhesion carbon fiber-steel fiber modified PTFE material, comprising (a) adding 20-25 pts. wt. alcohol solvent (95%) into carbon fiber, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4-5, adding 8-12 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, stirring for 8-15 hours, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying, (b) adding remaining amount of the alcohol solvent, and oxidizing graphene oxide to graphene peroxide by glow discharge plasma technology, (c) adding oxidized graphene peroxide to DMF, ultrasonically stirring for 2-3 hours, stirring, adding DMAP, DCC and carbon fiber, reacting for 18-36 hours, washing with deionized water, and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide grafted carbon fiber, (d) taking polyisocyanate JQ-1, stirring uniformly in a machine, drying, adding steel fiber, stirring for 1-3 hours, washing with water and drying, (e) mixing graphene oxide grafted carbon fiber, mixture of the step (d), furfural, 3-pentanone and 70-75 pts. wt. PTFE, uniformly mixing in a high speed mixer, cold press forming, sintering under air atmosphere of 360-390 degrees C to obtain plate-like sample having a diameter of 150-250 mm and a thickness of 3-4 mm, (f) impregnating the plate in an impregnation coating solution, soaking for 4-8 minutes, taking out, drying in a baking box at 80-100 degrees C, sintering in a muffle furnace at 120-200 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, where the coating solution is prepared by grinding silicon dioxide, aviation kerosene, and remaining amount of PTFE and silane coupling agent KH550, dispersing in water, and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly.
