NOVELTY - Preparing organic acid modified silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon lithium ion battery cathode material comprises (i) adding nano titanium dioxide and silicon powder into dispersion medium, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment and ball milling, (ii) adding dispersion of graphene oxide into mixture and ball milling, (iii) adding organic carbon source into mixture, stirring and ball milling, (iv) centrifugating and drying mixture to obtain silicon/ titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon composite, and (iv) calcining silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon composite at 350-450 degrees C under inert atmosphere and then calcining to obtain final product. USE - The organic acid modified silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon is useful in producing lithium ion battery cathode sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, excellent comprehensive performance, high capacity retention rate, relatively stable charge and discharge cycle performance; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) organic acid modified silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon lithium ion battery cathode material obtained by above method; (2) lithium ion battery cathode sheet comprising organic acid modified silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon lithium ion battery cathode material; and (3) preparing lithium ion battery cathode sheet comprising mixing organic acid modified silicon/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon lithium ion battery cathode material, binder and conductive agent in a mass ratio of 70-80:20-10:10, adjusting into slurry, coating on copper foil, vacuum drying and rolling to obtain final product.
