▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ammonia-hydrogen conversion catalyst comprises graphene containing composite oxygen hydride, and metal-based graphene composite oxyhydrogen compound with catalytic activity obtained by introducing a metal compound solution with ammonia synthesis activity. USE - Used as ammonia-hydrogen conversion catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high decomposition activity than metal oxides, and improved catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst, comprising (i) heating graphene, metal oxides and metal hydrides in a gas atmosphere filled with nitrogen or argon at 100-500 degrees C for 72-120 hours, and replacing part of the oxygen ions in the oxide with hydride ions, where the molar ratio of the graphene, metal oxide and metal hydride is 0.1-1:1-1.2:3-3.5, and removing excess metal oxides to obtained vacuum-dried graphene composite oxygen hydride powder; and (ii) firstly dispersing obtained graphene composite oxygen hydride powder in a metal compound solution with ammonia-hydrogen conversion activity, where the metal ions in the metal compound solution are impregnated on the graphene composite oxygen hydride and penetrate into the inner surface of the graphene composite oxygen hydride, the solvent is removed in a vacuum, and the metal-based powder containing the graphene composite oxygen hydride is collected under the conditions of vacuum sealing when the impregnation is balanced, and the metal-based powder of the graphene composite oxygen hydride compound is heated to decompose the carbonyl compound in a reducing atmosphere.
