▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-temperature flux component comprises 20-40 wt.% low-melting-point metal microcapsules, 0.5-1 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 wt.% graphene, and a solvent, or 2-10 wt.% metal salt, 4-10 wt.% activator, 3-6 wt.% surfactant, 0.05-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, and a solvent. The core material of the low-melting-point metal microcapsules is a low-melting-point metal having a melting point lower than that of bonding pad. USE - The flux component is useful in a low-temperature flux (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flux component reliably welds electronic components and low-melting-point metal circuits at low temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the flux component, involving (ia) adding core material and wall material of the low-melting-point metal microcapsules to the solvent, mixing and heating to above the melting temperature of the core material, stirring under the protection of inert gas, transferring to an emulsifying machine, performing emulsification and dispersion, and cooling to obtain low-melting-point metal microcapsules, (ib) dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in deionized water, fully dissolving, adding graphene powder and stirring to disperse, and (ic) mixing and uniformly dispersing the materials prepared in steps (ia) and (ib) to obtain the product, or (iia) weighing the metal salt, the activator, the surfactant, and the defoaming agent respectively, (iib) heating the solvent, and adding separately and stirring the metal salt, the activator and the surfactant, and (iic) stirring, dripping the defoaming agent and cooling to obtain the product; and (2) a low-temperature flux formed by uniformly mixing the flux component.
