NOVELTY - Toughened polystyrene filling masterbatch comprises modified polystyrene, flame-retardant, antiaging agent, plasticizer and graphene. The modified polystyrene is prepared by mixing nitrobenzene and acetone, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, filtering, mixing with N-bromosuccinimide, benzoyl peroxide and carbon tetrachloride to obtain intermediate 1, dissolving in N, N-dimethylformamide, adding cuprous chloride to obtain intermediate 2, adding maleic anhydride and toluene to obtain intermediate 3, mixing with p-propenybenzyl alcohol, Raney nickel and N, N-dimethylformamide to obtain intermediate 4, adding methyl tongate, toluene and sodium methoxide to obtain intermediate 5, dissolving in N, N-dimethylformamide, adding potassium carbonate and tetraethyl ammonium bromide to obtain intermediate 6 and mixing with styrene, 4-vinyl benzyl chloride, azodiisobutyronitrile, dibenzoyl peroxide, polyvinyl alcohol and sodium chloride. USE - Toughened polystyrene filling masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The modified polystyrene molecule contains large number of flexible aliphatic long chains. The bismaleimide structure has good toughness and improves toughness of polystyrene filling masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Toughened polystyrene filling masterbatch comprises 80-100 pts. wt. modified polystyrene, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-15 pts. wt. flame-retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. antiaging agent and 8-10 pts. wt. graphene. The modified polystyrene is prepared by mixing nitrobenzene into reactor, adding acetone, mixing, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, filtering, mixing filter cake, N-bromosuccinimide, benzoyl peroxide and carbon tetrachloride to obtain intermediate 1, dissolving intermediate 1 in N, N-dimethylformamide, adding cuprous chloride, injecting hydrogen, reacting to obtain intermediate 2, mixing intermediate 2, maleic anhydride and toluene to obtain intermediate 3, mixing intermediate 3, p-propenybenzyl alcohol, Raney nickel and N, N-dimethylformamide to obtain intermediate 4, mixing intermediate 4, methyl tongate, toluene and sodium methoxide to obtain intermediate 5, dissolving intermediate 5 in N, N-dimethylformamide, adding potassium carbonate and tetraethyl ammonium bromide to obtain intermediate 6, mixing solution of styrene, 4-vinyl benzyl chloride, azodiisobutyronitrile, dibenzoyl peroxide, polyvinyl alcohol and sodium chloride, heating pre modified polystyrene and dissolving pre modified polystyrene in N, N-dimethylformamide, intermediate 6 and sodium hydroxide.
