NOVELTY - Preparation of spherical graphene-reinforced bioplastic, involves (1) dissolving 5-10 pts. wt. titanium sulfate dihydrate in 30-50 pts. wt. water, adding 1-2 pts. wt. graphene and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. emulsifier, dispersing evenly, transferring to high-pressure tank, reacting at 0.2-2 MPa for 1-2 hours, heating up to 120 degrees C, pressurizing for 12-24 hours to obtain titanium dioxide, fixing graphene on the surface of titanium dioxide to obtain precipitate, (2) washing precipitate with distilled water, then spraying drying, obtaining spherical graphene, (3) mixing evenly spherical graphene, bioplastics, antioxidants, plasticizer and heat stabilizer, extruding and granulating through an extruder. USE - Preparation of spherical graphene-reinforced bioplastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of spherical graphene-reinforced bioplastic with excellent dispersibility, firm load, no agglomeration and improved mechanical properties.
