NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide modified sulfated fatliquor, comprises e.g. preparing oxidized graphite alkene under ice bath condition, adding natural crystalline flake graphite and sodium nitrate into sulfuric acid to mix, stirring the mixture, adding potassium permanganate, reacting the mixture for 30 minutes, raising the temperature to 85 degrees C, adding deionized water, changing suspension liquid into bright yellow from brown, water washing, adjusting pH value of the mixture to 6 using sodium hydroxide, stripping the mixture under 600 W of ultrasonic power, and centrifugally filtering the mixture. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide modified sulfated fatliquor. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply preparing the graphene oxide modified sulfated fatliquor with good physical and mechanical properties and improved yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide modified sulfated fatliquor, comprises: (1) preparing oxidized graphite alkene under ice bath condition, adding 10 parts by weight (pbw) of natural crystalline flake graphite and 6 pbw of sodium nitrate into 200 pbw of 98% sulfuric acid for uniformly mixing, stirring the mixture, slowly adding 25 pbw of potassium permanganate at temperature of 45 degrees C, reacting the mixture for 30 minutes, raising the temperature to 85 degrees C to react for 2 hours, slowly and continuously adding 300 ml of deionized water and then raising the temperature to 95 degrees C for 30 minutes, changing suspension liquid into bright yellow from brown using 30 pbw of 30% hydrogen peroxide, water washing for 3 times, adjusting pH value of the mixture to 6 using sodium hydroxide, stripping the mixture under 600 W of ultrasonic power for 3 hours, and centrifugally filtering the mixture under the condition of 4000 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes, where filter cake is the aqueous graphene oxide; (2) modifying the oxidized graphene alkene, adding 5-10 pbw of graphene oxide, 5-10 pbw of triethanolamine, 5-100 pbw of ethanolamine, 6-120 pbw of diethanolamine and 1 pbw of p-toluenesulfonic acid into the water, decompressing and filtering the mixture in a reactor, rotating the reactor at speed of 300 revolutions per minute and a pressure of 0.1 MPa, again decompressing and filtering the mixture under heating to 100 degrees C, and reacting the mixture for 3 hours to obtain the modified graphene oxide; and (3) mixing 100-150 pbw of oil and 2-30 pbw of modified graphene oxide into the reactor, raising the temperature to 10-20 degrees C when reacting the reactor for 2-2.5 hours, adding 2-30 pbw of maleic anhydride into the mixture at 9-100 degrees C for 5 hours and then reducing the reactor temperature to 6-70 degrees C, adding 2-25 pbw of saturated water solution of sodium bisulfate to prepare, stirring the mixture at room temperature for reacting for 2-3 hours, cooling and neutralizing the mixture to adjust pH value to 6.5-8 using 20% of sodium hydroxide, and adding fat-liquoring agent into the mixture at room temperature to obtain brown oily liquid graphene oxide modified sulfite.
