NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped graphene involves adding the graphite oxide to ultrasonic dispersion treatment in a solvent to form 0.5-1 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion solution, then adding the solution to boron source, stirring to form mix solution comprising graphene oxide and boron source, adding the mix solution into reactor, sealing the reactor, heating at 240-400 degrees C and at pressure of 5-25 MPa for 0.5-5 hours, removing reactor pressure to obtain boron-doped graphene. USE - For preparing boron-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares boron-doped graphene having good electrical conductivity.
