NOVELTY - Seawater desalination membrane uses a nano-alumina porous membrane as a template to prepare partially reduced graphene in the voids, comprises cadmium sulfide (CdS) and iron (Fe). USE - Seawater desalination membrane used for seawater desalination (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The seawater desalination membrane can allow water molecules to pass, but the sodium ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion, etc., in seawater have a very low pass rate, and the efficiency of desalination. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a seawater desalination membrane, which involves: (A) mixing the aqueous solution of graphene oxide, the aqueous solution of CdS and iron chloride (Fe2Cl) uniformly; (B) using porous alumina membrane as a carrier, using vacuum suction filtration method to make graphene oxide, and dehydrating solution of CdS and Fe2Cl under negative pressure and filled into the voids of alumina, and pore diameter of the porous alumina membrane is 10-80 nanometer; (C) drying the above composite membrane at 30-60 degrees C for 4-24 hours; and (D) irradiating with ultraviolet light for 1-24 hours, using the photocatalytic properties of CdS to partially reduce graphene oxide, and detecting that the iron (Fe) in the composite film just becomes +3 valence, and then stopping the ultraviolet light and obtaining the seawater desalination film.
