▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene carbonyl hydrazide metal complex crystal energetic material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing oxygenated graphene with water or organic solvent and dispersing, (ii) reacting oxidized graphene suspension with coupling agent and reacting, (iii) dispersing oxidized graphene-activated precursor in a dispersant-one, dispersing, adding carbonyl hydrazide and reacting to obtain carbonyl hydrazide functionalized graphene, (iv) filtering carbonated hydrazide-functionalized graphene, dispersing, adding carbohydrazide solution, adding nitrate or perchlorate, reacting and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene carbonyl hydrazide metal complex crystal energetic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of photosensitive insensitive material of the laser ignition efficiency is low and preparation process complex problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene carbonyl hydrazide metal complex crystal energetic material comprises (i) dispersing oxygenated graphene with oxygen content greater than or equal to 45% in water or organic solvent, dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, (ii) reacting oxidized graphene suspension obtained in the step (i) with coupling agent at 55-65 degrees C, reacting for 1.5-2 hours to obtain oxidized graphene activated precursor, (iii) dispersing oxidized graphene-activated precursor obtained in the step (ii) in a dispersant-one, dispersing for 30-50 minutes, adding carbonyl hydrazide, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 4 hours to obtain carbonyl hydrazide functionalized graphene, (iv) filtering carbonated hydrazide-functionalized graphene obtained in the step (iii), dispersing in the dispersant two, dispersing for 15- 60 minutes, adding carbohydrazide solution, adding nitrate or perchlorate, reacting at 75-85 degrees C for 15-60 minutes and vacuum drying to obtain graphene carbonyl hydrazide metal complex crystal energetic material.
