▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-carbon composites comprises (i) obtaining the composite powder of aluminum powder/carbon powder by mixing powder, (ii) adding additive materials into the composite powder by friction stir deposition to obtain molding materials, and (iii) performing subsequent processing to the molding material. The carbon powder is carbon nanotube powder, graphene powder, graphite powder, or combination of the powders. The carbon nanotubes are single-walled carbon nanotubes, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, or a combination of the materials. The graphene is single-layer graphene, multi-layer graphene, graphene oxide, modified graphene or combination of materials. USE - Preparation method of aluminum-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can directly obtain aluminum-carbon composite material parts and block materials with good dispersion of reinforcing phase, less formation of interface brittle products and low residual stress to give full play to the reinforcing effect of carbon phase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for aluminum-carbon composites prepared by the above method.
