The metal foam catalyst framework in three-dimensional graphene/foamed metal catalyst composite is replaced with polymer by template replacement method, to obtain flexible graphene/polymer three-dimensional foam matrix. USE - Preparation of graphene/polymer three-dimensional foam substrate used for water treatment, biomedicine, energy storage device, antistatic material, thermal management material, thermal heat-dissipation material, sensor, electromagnetic shielding material, wave absorption material, catalytic material (all claimed), and electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/polymer three-dimensional foam substrate with high yield and excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength by simple and economical method.
